Osram and Philips are the Original Equipment Manufacturer brands used in
most DLP/LCD televisions, direct from the factory.
-Replacing the lamp in your TV with any brand other than original Osram
or Philips is not advised.
All lamps include a 90 day warranty from date of purchase.
If you need assistance with selecting the correct lamp for your
television, or if you have questions please call or email us
anytime!
Please be aware that this service is subject to all provisions listed in
the DLP Lamp Products Limited Warranty with the
exception of the length of the 90 day warranty. The product must
demonstrate a hardware or software defect. The service does not cover
physical / liquid damage.
Units that are
received and do not meet the warranty guidelines will be returned back to
your location not repaired / replaced with instructions for other
repair options.
